Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area.
The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.
This is a place where you can enjoy socializing in addition to meals.
The wood-burning stove will contribute to the cozy atmosphere. The stove may only be fueled with wood briquettes!

In the rear area, facing the terrace, there is a cozy sofa corner with a TV.
A guest restroom is also available on the first floor.

The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.
The first floor features two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a private sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness sanctuary.

The loft with access to the loggia is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cozy sofa area and a recliner offer the perfect spot to unwind.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cozy warmth on cool days.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of House No. 48.

So you can travel light, we’ll provide you with bed linens and towels (excluding beach and sauna towels)!

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

A parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public parking lot approximately 300 meters away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the parking lot at EDEKA.
Please note that the owner reserves the right to claim damages in the event of violations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted at this property.
The vacation home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception on all floors.
