This high-quality, tastefully furnished vacation home offers approximately 90 m² of living space and features a bright, welcoming atmosphere. On the first floor, the hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom with a shower, and the inviting living room.

The living area is modern and cozy, furnished with a comfortable couch, armchairs, a harmoniously designed dining area, and thoughtful details that instantly create a sense of well-being. Satellite TV and a hi-fi system are available for entertainment. Large windows and the patio door let in plenty of natural light and offer a view of the sunny southwest-facing patio and the garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a crib, and a spacious closet; another with a double bed; and a third with a bunk bed. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower on this floor. A space-saving staircase leads to the attic, where the sleeping arrangements are ideally complemented by two single beds and a cozy sitting area—a retreat for young and old alike. Hooksiel’s charming town center invites you to stroll through its picturesque pedestrian zone, shops, and restaurants, while a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery at the town entrance offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beach, located about 3 km away, is equipped with parking spaces and beach chairs, and water skiing at the Hooksiel ski terraces provides plenty of action, while beautiful hiking and biking trails lead from the old harbor to the outer harbor and the beach.

The climatic health resort of Hooksiel (Zone 1) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including age 3.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
