âWe enjoyed our stay at Dockside. This is a small 24 unit inn. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. There is a pet relief area and picnic tables with grills. â
âRoom was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you donât have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. â
âThe staff at the Inn is so helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is delicious. Plus the added bonus of a live history lesson on the Battle of Yorktown during breakfast was so amazing! â
âThe guy at check-in was an a**, very rude and acted like he didnât really want me there. He told me the wrong room and someone had their door open when we walked by, doing drugs. I wouldnât stay there again and no one should unless you enjoy a ghetto type scene.â

âOverall, I had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, which made for a good nightâs sleep, and the breakfastâhot, fresh, and had a decent variety. The hotel was clean and quiet, and everything worked as it should. Nothing overly fancy, but it got the job done. Iâd definitely consider staying here again.â

âThis is a super nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff was accommodating and efficient. Currently they are remodeling different areas of the property so the parking is reduced but that's just temporary. Wifi is reliable. Pool is clean. Air conditioner did an excellent job even with the extreme heat advisory. â
