Holiday Home 'Ferienhaus Schw Agnes' with Lake View, Private Terrace & Wi-Fi

This 80 m² non-smoking house on Großer Wariner See accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults, 2 children, 1 baby). Three bedrooms ensure restful nights:

- Ground floor: Double bed, extra room with care bed and bunk bed

- Upper floor: Double bed, large cot, 1 baby crib, 1 travel cot

The house has step-free access, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and a WC upstairs.



The living room with open kitchen is perfect for relaxing together. The kitchen features a raised oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and air fryer. The dining table seats up to 10.



Families will find everything needed: high chair, baby bathtub with changing top, changing mat, board games, toys, children's bikes, and balance bike. Wi-Fi is available, and the washing machine can be used by arrangement for an extra charge. The charcoal grill can be used with stainless steel plates and must be cleaned afterward. Parking is directly at the house, and check-in is contactless.



The beach at Großer Wariner See is just a 5–6 minute walk (600 m, car-free zone). Lifeguards are present in summer. Shops, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants are within walking distance. Schwerin, Wismar, Kühlungsborn, and Rostock are popular nearby destinations.



Charging electric cars is not allowed, but charging e-bike batteries is possible. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Toiletries are not provided. Heating is via air conditioning. If the final cleaning exceeds the paid fee, the difference will be charged after departure.
