“I called twice about the TV not working and all we got answering machine. I preferred to talk to human beings and the parking lot was horrible there’s only 14 available and if you decided to leave it have dinner or to drive around town you will be parking a block away from the hotel. We hardly slept because you can hear the cars and the air conditioning was so loud. I will definitely never booked at the ARCADIA HOTEL in BOISI ever again.”

“We came home in the afternoon and found our door open! A carpet mechanic was laying new carpet by our room and had the door to our room open to get carpet under the door.. Nothing was wrong inside but the loss of privacy was unsettling. We have stayed here before and liked the amenities and location . We should have been given a room far from the immediate work.”

However, they really need to some cleaning on the pool, i understand that it is outside but the filters were extremely dirty and was stopping the water from filtering. “We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.”
