“This is a beautiful and super fun hotel! The design incoporates it's past as a Mautz Paint factory. I didn't know this when we booked the hotel. We booked it because it was close to the Sylvee for our concert. The hotel was clean, fun decor and beautiful! We unfortunately did not go to the bar or restaurant but we will be back for sure. Also the hotel is within a very short distance to the Sylvee and visual distance of the Capital. ”

It is in the quiet neighborhood and is walkable to the Capitol square where there are a selection of restaurants to eat from.
