• Multiple exterior steps lead to the entry
• Rental agreement is located in the House Rules section; booking confirms acceptance
• November–early May: all vehicles must have AWD/4WD and winter tires
• Property is located on a steep Vermont dirt road
• A vehicle is recommended due to the rural location
