**Four wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are required during winter travel**

Bookings made through an "Instant Booking" option within 7 days of the Check In date may be canceled without penalty to the host and with a full refund to guest, if the cleaning company can not be scheduled in time due to short notice of the reservation made. The host holds the right to cancel reservations made with the "Instant Booking" option without penalty if there is any suspicion of an upcoming party planned on the premises.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $150 fee PER pet per stay. The first fee will be collected via the booking medium and subsequent pet fees if necessary will need to be collected. Please reach out if you desire to bring more than two pets.
