Om boendet

Tan cabin close to University of Central Missouri and Whiteman AF Base

  • Enjoy a quiet stay in the country at our modern cabin that has one bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a queen bed and another loft with a twin air mattress. The loft area is 6 feet high so you'll have to stay low while using the area. We offer a full kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer, A/C, heat, WiFi (we are out in the country and sometimes our wifi doesn't always work). We are minutes away from UCM and Whiteman AF Base (home of the B2 Stealth Bomber), and only an hour from Kansas City. The Rock Island Trail is 7 miles away and we can provide shuttle service if needed. Our amish bulk food store is located on the property for a unique shopping experience. EV charger is also available on the property. We do have security cameras in the driveway and parking lot that is monitoring 24 hours a day.

The property was clean and as described. The host was very helpful. I appreciated that there was a laminated copy of the rules and list of instructions as to what to do with the trash and linens each day. The A/C was already turned on to a comfortable level as well. All in all a great experience

Fantastic property. Check in and out was a breeze and communication with the owner was great. Very cozy cabin nestled back to a wooded area, very peaceful. The cabin had all the amenities and was very clean. Highly recommend.

Great place, especially for the price. Just fyi for future guests (these are NOT complaints btw), you need your own laundry detergent to use the washer and dryer. No paper towels were included. TP was single ply. I didn’t find any extra blankets or pillows. Again, these are not complaints, just things to be aware of. We were very happy with our stay. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, prompt and kind.

Clean, comfortable

We stayed four days and did all meals at the cabin. Was nice to have the grill. Kitchen needs a few items to improve cooking and baking ease, but we made do. The cabin is very basic, but suited our needs. Quiet area. Having the washer/dryer was very handy, although we did find a towel in the washer on arrival.
