“Have stayed several times in last couple years and will continue. But this time I truly believe the I had was the worst. Shower floor have something on it there wasn’t any soap in the room. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Just not happy with the state of the room.”

“As this was a budget, one-night stay, our expectations weren’t high. The older building, musty smells, etc. were expected. However, the lack of customer service and basic amenities was disappointing. TV did not work without staff resetting it. Sheets were clean but had red stains. We were only given one room key and two towels for family of five people (and yes, we were upcharged for our fifth person, our third child). No plug for the bathtub eliminated a bath as an option. “Cute, cozy cabin with a fully equipped kitchen and a large outdoor space for entertaining or relaxing by the lake and fire. Note that there’s no TV. WiFi was good for us. Lots of windows to let natural light in. We had a good time and will certainly be back!”
