Nestled in a quiet cove on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Warsaw, Missouri, our custom-built lakefront home offers the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and convenient access to everything the area has to offer. With room to comfortably accommodate 16+ guests, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still enjoying quality time together.

From the moment you walk through the front door, you’ll feel right at home.

The open-concept floor plan creates an inviting space where everyone can gather for meals, games, conversations, and movie nights after a day on the lake.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading out on the water to a large holiday dinner with the entire family. With generous counter space, plenty of seating, and all the cookware and dishes you’ll need, cooking together becomes part of the vacation.

Comfortable living areas throughout the home allow everyone to find their favorite place to relax.

Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, reading a book after a day on the lake, or enjoying an evening together around the fire pit , you’ll quickly understand why we call this The Gathering Place.

Your Private Lakefront Retreat

Our private dock sits in a quiet, protected cove that’s perfect for:

✔ Relaxing by the water

The water around the dock is typically around 5 feet deep in the summer months, making it excellent for swimming and floating, but we do not recommend jumping or diving from the dock.

Don’t forget to bring:

Fishing poles

Kayaks

Paddleboards

Hammocks

There’s no better way to spend the afternoon than paddling around the peaceful cove or relaxing in a hammock beneath the trees while listening to the sounds of the lake.

As evening arrives, gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, share stories, and watch the stars appear overhead.

One of our favorite features is the private neighborhood boat ramp, giving guests convenient access to launch their boat.

Our quiet cove provides protected docking while still offering quick access to the main lake for exploring.

From our dock it’s only about a 5-minute boat ride to Drake Harbor where you’ll find:

• Public docks

• Playground

Our neighborhood also participates in an active Neighborhood Watch program.

We’re committed to maintaining the peaceful atmosphere everyone enjoys.
