“The Room was very clean, staff was fine, no bar, breakfast was not much but enough to get me on the road early the next morning. Only real complaint was the traffic late at night on Main St.”

“Overall, good value. Bathroom sink had an interior crack running from the top to the drain plug. We took a photo, and showed it to the front desk. They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card. “The lobby and hallway was dingy and dirty. The first room we were in smelled like cigarettes and had burns in the bedspread, the second room he showed us smelled like cat pee, the third was a little better. If I could have gotten my money back I would have slept in the car”

“Everything was looking good and was good until I woke up in the morning with my legs completely covered in bedbug bites. I’m not the one to report anything to authority if things are taken care of. Please, I can’t remember my room number but it was the second floor. Take care of the infestation before someone will report you to the health authorities”

“Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

“They are physically aggressive if you make multiple requests.”

“They could actually try and clean. Mold in fridge, mold in bathroom due to no vent fans. Beds were comfortable but pillows were garbage.”

“The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was ok however the drain in the bathroom was not working and they only provided one towel for the room. The parking lot was really dirty and was full of sketchy people lurking around. I did not feel the most safe staying in this location. Will not be back.”
