Loaded with upgrades, you are going to love how this home looks and how family-friendly it is. There are two outdoor living spaces each with its own outdoor TV, lots of patio furniture, and chairs. One outdoor patio has a hot tub and a fire table. A grill is provided for a yummy barbeque. Every bedroom has its own TV. The community has a heated pool, and hot tub. There are a couple of paddleboards for you to take to a lake for even more outdoor entertainment.

The great room has lots of comfy seating on the leather sectional and armchairs. The dining room table is sleek and can fit up to 10 with more seating at the kitchen counter for 3. The kitchen is spectacular with a black and white tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop stove. It provides you with all you need to prepare and enjoy your family meals.

Centrally located between St. George and Hurricane, Town Center is a fantastic community providing all guests with a gratifying vacation! To get the most out of your experience here, a community pool, and hot tub have been provided for your use! Town Center is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Zion, and 10 minutes from downtown St. George, plenty of shopping, and mountain biking and hiking trails! My Parents 60th

My family and siblings families stayed here for a celebration and it was a perfect place for families. Could have supplied paper plates and such so we didnt have to do dishes as often, and the hot tub was pretty dirty. Overall the stay and the home was exactly as I had hoped-for

Great spot for a girls weekend

Great property

Clean and very good use of space. Location was perfect for us -- easy trip to wherever we wanted to visit and things to do. Red Rock has communication down pat. Texting was perfect and when we needed support, the response was quick. Check in and out was seamless and I really appreciate the check out list being simple and short. Will rent from them again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP

We are from California, our father passed away and we had him buried in St George next to our mother so we needed a large house for all of us to stay in. This house was perfect! We loved it so much! It was so well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, they supplied so many towels. It was just great! we called it the mini mansion! It was beautiful! It made a not so great of a trip into a really good time!

Great lay out

We loved our sisters weekend getaway here- everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom, lots of seating, huge hot tub. We were saying it was big enough to bring our families as well! The only thing I’d have to semi complain about were that out of the 6 rooms only 2 of them had soft beds. Overall though it was amazing

This place was exactly what we wanted. We came down with a bunch of friends. It was so nice to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Fun hangout in garage and big couch to sit around and play games. Loved the hot tub too. The cleaning people could for sure pay more attention to detail. We found underwear in the closet, hairs in the towels and dirty around base of toilets. All in all would totally stay here again.

Wedding trip perfection.

There were 10 of us coming into town from various locations. We loved how close to the airport and freeway this was. We also loved the jacuzzi, and the patio! The splash pad was an extra plus. All family members especially enjoyed the comfort of having their own bathroom attached to their rooms! Great vacation property!!

Fun with friends and family

The property was accurately depicted in the online pictures- which was a pleasant relief for me since I booked the property and then invited friends and family to join me there without seeing it in person first. :) This location was a great jumping off point to explore several different state and national parks, yet was close enough to grocery stores and restaurants to make feeding a crowd convenient.

Nice property, but beware of late cleaning crew

Property is very nice, and consistent with description and pictures. Great place for family and friends, with all the amenities you would need in a vacation rental. Regarding the rating, the property management company is very strict on check-in and check-out times (4pm and 11am); however, apparently they don’t fulfill their side of the bargain. We arrived at 4pm but were not allowed access due to the cleaning crew still cleaning the property from a back-to-back reservation. The stacked reservation made us feel a little uneasy in the middle of a pandemic, but once we saw the four cleaning people in the house without masks on, we were even more uncomfortable. We considered letting the property sit for a few hours after they left just as a precaution. Unfortunately we didn’t have our own private access to the property until about 4:45pm. I tried to call the property manager, but they were not available on New Years Eve, and even after trying the emergency line, still nobody answered. The following day the hot tub technician showed up in the middle of our family gathering to service the hot tub, with no heads up provided by the property manager. The technician wore a mask (fortunately), but it was a bit of a surprise, as we had no clue what he was doing or whether we could still use the hot tub. The guy just walked right past us and didn’t say anything other than “I’m working on the hot tub.” We would stay at this property again, but would try to ensure that there is no stacked reservation for added safety (during the pandemic) and to also ensure that we get to have access on time as stipulated in the rental agreement.
