This sunny townhouse enjoys a fantastic location approximately three miles away from downtown Washington, which offers a plethora of dining options, supermarkets, convenience stores, and must-visit attractions. Outdoor enthusiasts will love all the nearby parks and hiking trails and being so close to the Church Rocks Mountain Bike Loop. Other great attractions include St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm, St. George Children’s Museum, Sand Hollow State Park, and more.

This modern home away from home offers a bright and open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The open kitchen is fully appointed with all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats, including all stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker. When mealtime is over, retreat to the welcoming living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa in front of a Roku smart TV with streaming services. This area also features a gorgeous retro scooter that has been turned into a bar cabinet and has several board games, adding a unique touch. All bedrooms enjoy en suite bathrooms. Relax with a dip in the brand new pool, featuring a large water slide, enjoyable lazy river, splash pad, hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
