Immaculately clean and highly maintained - welcome to Sandy Splash Oasis! Enjoy a luxurious stay at this brand new 5-bedroom townhome in Washington overlooking the Coral Canyon Golf Course at holes 5 and 6. There are 18 total beds that are all extremely comfortable! 3 bedrooms have King beds, and 2 bunk rooms have five Twin beds, five Double beds, and five hideaway Twin beds (21 guests max). En-suite bathrooms with each bedroom. The backyard patio features outdoor/indoor dining and a gas fireplace with amazing views over the golf course and western sky. On the upper balcony, there’s a private hot tub and outdoor furniture. Enjoy it all with no backyard neighbors!

The community amenities are now open! This includes the gym, clubhouse, pool, slide, lazy river, pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, and 9-Square.

The Tesla Wall Connector (32A max) in the garage is for Tesla vehicles only. You may charge one vehicle per stay (up to 7 days) free of charge. Additional days and/or vehicles are $10 each per day. Overnight charging preferred. Provide VIN to host before check-in.

To keep the private hot tub in pristine condition, we hire professional service to be done twice per week (generally Tuesdays and Fridays mid-day). If the maintenance day falls during your stay, please be accommodating to the servicer so the work can be done properly to keep the hot tub ready for you and other guests to follow.
