Not what it looks like!
They only gave one key and it was my husband and I. Extremely inconvenient for us to have to coordinate letting each other in and out of the building. Shower and sinks wouldnât drain so I was swimming everytime I was trying to clean myself. I felt dirtier. The unit I stayed in smelled like moth balls, really gross. And itâs soooo hard to get ahold of any customer service reps for any concerns. When I tried to rebook for a different unit because the first one was gross and I needed to extend my stay, I changed my mind over night to cancel and they ignored all my calls and messages to cancel and kept all my money and after days of ignoring me said Iâm good to cancel but itâs non refundable! Nadeem has no heart, only cares about money and this company doesnât NOT make you feel like youâre in a home in any way.
