Please note that signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in. Guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed.

- Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.

- Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.

-Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.

- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.

- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

convenient DC access with great family accomodation

The unit was clean and the host managed to fix two minor issues within the first few hours. Great host and wonderful location close to Virginia Square Metro to access downtown.

Easy check in, friendly front desk attendent

The apartment was clean and the rooms were big and comfortable. I loved having two separate bathrooms inside both rooms. After we figured out which side of the parking garage to park in everything else was smooth sailing. I would definitely rent with this company again.

Clean and great Urban Experience!

My husband and I chose this VRBO for our DC spring break with our 17yo son and 13yo daughter. Things that really worked for us: 1.) 2 bedrooms 2.) 3 beds (so our teens didn’t have to share a bed with anyone) 3.) 2 bathrooms 4.) Very clean 5.) Comfortable 6.) 2 blocks from the metro 7.) Easy garage access (we ended up renting a car too, but wouldn’t have had to) 8.) Many restaurants and a little market within walking distance. 9.) Very nice decor. 10.) Washer and dryer. Areas of improvement: 1.) Linens very skimpy. Only 1 towel per person, and 1 hand towel per bathroom, no wash cloths. Very thin/cheap comforter. There were two extra blankets do that was nice. 2.) Mini blinds in the condo were broken and did not go up and down. It was neat to be on the 15th floor, but couldn’t really enjoy the views because of the broken blinds. 3.) Kitchen was not stocked. Bare minimum. We got snacks and ate cold breakfast in. There was a coffee maker. But no cutting board, no wine oper. Honestly I can’t list out what was and wasn’t there, but I wouldn’t have tried to cook a full meal. We ate lunch and dinner out, so this wasn't an issue for us. But for planning purposes it’s good to know. I would recommend this property. The location was convenient for a DC visit, was comfortable for our family of 4 (adults), & provided more space and allowed for better sleeping arrangements than a hotel, but lacked a few amenities that make it to the luxury category.

Clean and spacious apartment in central location

Check in process was easy and quick. Apartment was sunny which was great except early in the morning. It was clean and having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms at this price was nice. Communication with the host was easy and they reaponded quickly. Would stay here again.

Great Location, ok place

The doorman couldn't find the keys, and the maid was still cleaning. The kitchen was bare, no cooking. The living room didn't have enough seating and what was there was not comfortable. Most of the blinds were broke, and the A/C didn't keep the place cool. I haven't heard a word from the host in regards to addressing these issues. It was a fantastic location for accessing the Metro. We really only slept there so the other stuff wasn't terrible, but it was great either!
