Colonial House ett av de ursprungliga hemmen från tiden för George Washingtons undersökning av staden. Varje rum har en charm av historia och allt du behöver för att njuta av din vistelse. Huset är fullt möblerat och ligger i hjärtat av Washington, VA. Fotspår från 5-stjärniga restaurang INN på Little Washington och en kort bilresa till Shenandoah National Park. Efter renovering och uppgradering nyligen har detta hus en duplexstil med två privata ingångar. Du kommer att stanna kvar i huset med tre sovrum med queen size-sängar, master suite med queen size-säng på första våningen och ytterligare 2 sovrum med queen size-sängar på övervåningen, dra ut queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrum / matsal på första våningen . Huset har 2,5 badrum, två funktionella kök, tvättstuga. Huset har centralvärme och luft system, gratis WiFi, gratis kabel-TV. Säkert och fridfullt grannskap med gott om plats för fri parkering. All the comforts of home

Wonderful stay near Shenandoah

My parents, sister-in-law, niece, daughter and I stayed at this lovely property in Little Washington for a couple of nights at the end of March. We rented the entire house which consists of a two bedroom apartment with one and a half baths along with a one bedroom with an additional bathroom. There is a door inside that connects the two units. There were also two kitchens in this case. We mainly used the larger kitchen which is part of the 1-bedroom apartment. The cottage was so thoughtfully appointed with spices, some welcome snacks, even some coffee and tea, along with all of the usual cleaning, cooking supplies, and linens. The beds were comfortable. The heating/cooling was excellent. We were able to put the two small tables together to form one big table for meals and games. We were extremely comfortable.The location is also great as it is in the town of Little Washington which is very quaint and historic, and really a lovely place to spend a relaxing weekend. Our host Oxana was so gracious to take us on a mini-tour of the little town which we really appreciated. It was very easy to communicate with her. The location is also 15 minutes away from the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah which was why we were there. It was so much more comfortable for our group to stay at this cottage than staying in 2-3 separate rooms with no kitchen at one of the lodges in the park. I highly recommend staying here if you are interested in touring any of the nearby sights!

The property and hostess were amazing. Oxana was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, and the house had all the amenities. It’s a great location for visiting Shenandoah National Park and other attractions in the area, such as several Civil War battlefields. We highly recommend this experience.

Great stay

We had a wedding in the area so that is why we chose this VRBO. It was as described with 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and parking was easy. We would stay here again.

Cozy spot

My spouse and parents were having dinner at the Inn and found this gem. It’s an old house with some fun quirks, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts stocked it nicely and it was a great location for dinner at the Inn and walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely go back.

The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.
