When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.

Copper Cove is ready to offer you a fun and unforgettable vacation, including tasteful, contemporary decor throughout the home. This corner unit boasts natural light from numerous windows, illuminating the pristine interior of this 2,600-square-foot townhome. The home is fully furnished offering 2 in unit laundry facilities with a start pack of detergents and bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials. A two-car garage with EV charger, private driveway, and ample neighborhood guest parking for boats, RVs, and trailers will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!

The open concept living space is a cozy place to relax after a day of adventure. The high speed wireless internet access will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage.
Make yourself comfortable in the downstairs living room! Relax on the couch while watching the 70” flat-screen Smart TV. Just a few feet away, fellow guests can snack at the 3-person bar - also boasting a prime viewing point for big football games.

When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, a crockpot, a Ninja Blender, drip coffee maker and a waffle maker. Once everything is ready, gather around the 8-person dining table to savor the spread. The patio is a great place for a nightcap watching the sun go down.

This home is set-up for a family vacation with accommodations for all ages. The loft offers a 70” smart TV, a plush sectional, and game table. Curl up and watch your family’s favorite movie! We have a high chair, pack-n-play and board games for the little ones. The neighborhood pickle ball courts are a great places for kids to get their wiggles out.

If you are looking to work remote, 3 of the bedrooms have a desk and chair. We have a monitor, docking station, keyboard and mouse in the master bedroom. Or you can take care of out-of-office emails privately at one of the 2 desks in the king bedrooms.

Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.

This is a brand new subdivision which is currently under construction with construction activity in the neighborhood. All homes directly around our home have been completed and we don't anticipate any guest interruptions.
