The room definitely needs to be painted. There was dust on the ceiling above the ceiling fan, in the bathroom on the exhaust fan, and on items around the rooms. The glasses are wiped out, not washed. If you are not cleaning the glasses, get disposable. The windows are so thin that people talking in normal voices come right thru the windows. I thought they were yelling until my husband looked out and confirmed that they really weren't. The room was cold and the thermostat didn't seem to warm the room up although it was reading that the temperature was increasing. The good news is there was a blanket in the closet. The people didn't stay outside long as it was well below freezing that night. The breakfast was terrific and free! Check-in gave us two free tickets for free drinks and the sweet wine was fabulous! The restaurant ran out of hot dogs, cheese and something else but Subway saved the day! Subway is a block over and it was fast! Check-in also gave us a quick tour, very nice because we were a little lost! Everyone who was working at the hotel was polite and helpful. Overall, I call this a win. There are definitely places they can improve but we travel a lot so we are a bit flexible.
