It is only a short drive to restaurants, shops, Zion National Park, and other amenities while having the benefit of feeling secluded and peaceful. Traveling from this community is also a breeze as I-15 is five minutes away. Nearby, is two of Utah's great undiscovered treasures, Snow Canyon State Park. Located just 20 minutes from St. George, this park offers a full range of geological wonders, from lava tubes to red cliffs and petrified dunes. There are plenty of lands to explore, and such beautiful things to see during your very own Desert Adventure!

This 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 15 guests and has TVs in every bedroom, so there is no fighting over what to watch. If you would rather shut off the Television, you can partake in one of the several amenities Desert Adventure has to offer. Soak in the private hot tub in the back yard, compete against each other in a game of Ping Pong, Foosball or at the brand new Basketball Arcade, located in the 3rd car garage. Guests will be able to park in the 2-car garage which makes unloading and loading the car much more convenient. In the kitchen and living room, you will find a natural light-filled space, with views of the Red Mountains from one of the many windows. A private grill in the backyard makes cooking for a large group a breeze. Downstairs you will find the Master Bedroom that has a Sleep Number mattress, a private bathroom, and a walk-in shower. Near the front entryway, there is another bedroom equipped with a Jack n' Jill bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms Sealy Posturepedic Plus Mattresses, 3 full bathrooms, and a spacious loft just for the kids who want to stay up late battling it out on the Nintendo Switch. There is a laundry room downstairs, as well as upstairs. The peace of mind and convenience of everything in this home will make a lot more time for rest and relaxation! It comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and will leave you wanting to come back and stay, year after year.
