New! The pool amenities are finished and ready for guests to enjoy. The amenities boast a large heated pool surrounded by a lazy river with a 3 story slide. Additionally, there are 2 hot tubs and a splash pad with plenty of room to relax. Guests can also divide up into teams for a friendly pickleball competition on the 2 adjacent courts.

The home's entry level includes a large great room, a kitchen & dining area, the first of two primary bedrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), a guest bedroom, two bathrooms, and a bonus laundry with full size appliances. Enjoy a 65" 4K Smart TV and Blu-ray player in the living room. You will love the incredible views from the large patio, which includes additional dining seating and a gas grill for your delicious BBQ dinners. The classic kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make and serve your meals. Beautiful quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances, plus seating for 12. The first floor primary bedroom has a California King bed and the en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Both the first floor and second floor primary bedrooms have 55" 4K Smart TV’s. The first floor guest bedroom provides additional adult accommodations with another comfortable California King bed and a 32” TV. The adjoining bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom.

Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft for additional gathering space, and a second laundry! The loft includes a second 65” 4K Smart TV and Blu-ray for movie night relaxing on the comfortable sectional. The roomy second floor primary bedroom has a King bed with private TV and an en-suite bath. The bunk room was designed with the kids in mind; it has 2 twin over full bunk beds - sleeps up to 6. The fifth and final bedroom has a comfortable King bed and a private TV. The fourth bathroom is shared by the bunk room and the fifth bedroom. Also available a portable pack ‘n play.

This home’s decor is our tribute to world travel. Southern Utah is one of many beautiful locations on our destination bucket list. Golf enthusiasts will recognize the iconic Lone Cypress of Pebble Beach as you enter the home. It is one of our favorite California destinations and the first of our personal photographs found throughout the home. "A World Away" is close to Utah National and State Parks; Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon are a must when visiting Southern Utah. This area is also known for great theatrical talent. The Utah Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City and the full musical season at the Tuacahn Amphitheater in Ivins are family favorites.
