Welcome to Rock Canyon Oasis at Ladera Resort!

Enjoy this beautiful one level 4-bedroom home in St. George, Utah. This home is truly your home away from home. Tour to St. George is in the brand new Ladera Community near Zion and St. George, Utah.

This cozy four bedrooms single level home will make the perfect getaway! This home features a master suite with a king bed and walk-in shower, a 2nd master bedroom with a king bed and adjacent bathroom, a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with two sets of twin bunks. The home also has a self-inflating queen air mattress and a pack-n-play. This setup is perfect for multiple families or for your own family to have lots of space! This one level beauty opens up to a large kitchen with an island and a spacious family room with many windows that bring in natural light from the canyon behind the house. No backyard neighbors and an oversize lot means privacy and quiet evenings on the patio! This cozy home has all you need to be comfortable: a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, and a fire column on the patio with seating for 10 outside, 43 inch TVs in all four bedrooms plus a 65 inch TV in the family room. You can also enjoy the Nintendo Wii with multiple games in the bunk room, the DVD player, and many board games! The fully equipped laundry room includes a large Samsung SmartCare washer and dryer set. This four-bedroom, three-bath home provides comfort and convenience whatever the size of your family!

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

Beautiful Home

The house was in a great location and was just as nice as the pictures showed. The beds were super comfy and there was enough hot water for everyone to shower! The living room could use a couple more chairs. The shower floors are very slippery, so we picked up some shower mats. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Always a great home base

We love staying in this location. It’s super well set up for the two families and all the kids without everyone being on top of one another. Great quiet neighborhood with access to the pool and hot tub.

Great getaway!

Beautiful home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Lots of space t around, well appointed kitchen, close to everything. Zion National Park is close by and the town center has tons of shopping and dining options. Highly recommend for a family getaway.
