“The room we got was not the same one as in the pictures on Hotels.com, not even close. The pool, which was the reason for us booking this very expensive hotel room, was closed, and we didn't receive any notion of this before our arrival (although it was pretty obvious it had been closed a while). We brought this to the staff's attention, and at first they were completely ignorant. At some point they left a note for us in our room and treated us to a free breakdast. At least that was something.”
“Our room was comfortable, clean and convenient. The bed was perfect and we never had to use our own pillows because they provided very good pillows. Th staff was exceptional. Very helpful and extremely polite. Breakfast was superb. The staff kept watching to make sure nothing ran out.
The pool and jacuzzi were clean and exactly the right temperature. Towels stocked! Everything about this place was SPOT ON!”
