“The location of Quillayute Ocean Resort is absolutely wonderful, with amazing views overlooking the beach. The sound of the waves is so relaxing. Our room had a nice little balcony, and if you stay on an upper floor, you can see the sea and the nearby pillar — the view is truly awesome. The staff were very nice and helpful. We accidentally left our game board behind, and when we contacted the hotel, they were very accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great bed. I...

“The room we got was not the same one as in the pictures on Hotels.com, not even close. The pool, which was the reason for us booking this very expensive hotel room, was closed, and we didn't receive any notion of this before our arrival (although it was pretty obvious it had been closed a while). We brought this to the staff's attention, and at first they were completely ignorant. At some point they left a note for us in our room and treated us to a free breakdast. At least that was something.”

“Cleanest room I've ever stayed at. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and while they dazzle, they don't always offer substance as minor amenities such as flatware, kettles, and sometimes even a coffee machine. This room on the other hand truly felt close to home as everything was spotless and well taken care of. While it doesn't have fancy views of the city, motorized curtains, or bidets it delivers in amenities and cleanliness. ”
