“The room we got was not the same one as in the pictures on Hotels.com, not even close. The pool, which was the reason for us booking this very expensive hotel room, was closed, and we didn't receive any notion of this before our arrival (although it was pretty obvious it had been closed a while). We brought this to the staff's attention, and at first they were completely ignorant. At some point they left a note for us in our room and treated us to a free breakdast. At least that was something.”
“Only stayed here for one night but was very pleased with the stay. The room was big, the wifi good and the bed was really comfortable. Aberdeen may not be the most exiting town to visit but was the perfect overnight stop on my road trip around the Olympic Peninsula. ”
“This hotel in Elma, WA was clean, the beds are firm but comfortable, the breakfast was free and typical of most better hotels, with egg omelettes, pancakes and decent coffee. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to use any of the other amenities. Easy last minute check in, as we didn’t plan ahead. I would recommend to others and stay again as well.”
“Our room was extremely spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely remodeled, with the exception of the weird range back sticking up out of the countertop. Our only complaint was that there was poor communication about checking in. All of the communication from Expedia showed a check in time of 3:00. We arrived in town early and were hoping to check in earlier than that so I called and asked how early we could check in, and she said check in starts at 4. I asked if we could at least check in at 3...
