âAksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai!
