“Amazing staff!!! Emmy and Patricia excellent staff!!!”

“Everything was great. Near food and stuff but in a quiet block. Room was spotless and comfortable, staff helpful and kind. Special thanks to Manh for his patience and service to help me with lost luggage. ”

“Bästa säng jag sovit i. Frukosten var fantastisk. Missa inte takbaren. ”

“Apart from rooms could have been more soundproof this is an excellent hotel close to buy not in the middle of city center. Excellent staff, nice breakfast, nice beds, very clean and nice throughout. ”

“Very impressed with the value of this lovely hotel. Modern, great location, close to plenty of restaurants and night market/river. Large room and great bed/bedding. Lovely views from rooftop bar. Would stay again.”

“Bra läge, hjälpsam personal, fina rum”

“Vänligt, mysigt, lyxigt! Underbar frukostbuffe men restaurangen hade i övrigt många förbättringsmöjligheter, ex osmaklig fried rice med kyckling.”

“When I arrived the staff was nice and check in was smooth. I left my bags to go straight out into town, what I noticed before I left was that they were wet around the toilet, I thought maybe they had just cleaned. When I came back after a few hours, there was a sewage smell in the whole room. I contacted the reception who first wanted to solve it with fragrance spray... I had to stand up and say that I wanted a new room, in the end I got it and it was the same room except they didn't...

“Breakfast is great.”

“Definitely best value for money in Vientiane. Nothing what so ever to complain about. Extremely friendly staff throughout, nice and clean, nice breakfast, lovely bed. I will definitely return!”

“Living next to a construction site is not so nice. Hot water fails sometimes and same goes for internet. I had one of my other cards skimmed so I wanted a receit when I paid the deposition when checked in, but this was impossible.”
