The property sits on 3 acres on a paved residential road. Quiet, scenic, and centrally located, this 3‑bed, 3‑bath home offers airy, open living on three levels with sweeping mountain views.

Take in sunset views of Camel's Hump from the vaulted great room with its large fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully equipped kitchen and custom dining table make meals easy and memorable.

Two main‑level bedrooms (king and queen) overlook the pool deck, while the upstairs suite includes a king bed, private bath, and reading nook. The lower level features a second living area with sofa bed, twin bed with trundle, game table, workspace, laundry, and full kitchen—ideal for families or long stays.

Outside, the in‑ground pool (open seasonally), deck, and fire pit create the perfect setting to unwind and take in striking mountain vistas. The views are particularly magical at sunset.

Whether you’re here for long summer days by the pool, colorful fall foliage, or cozy fireside evenings after skiing, this home offers comfort, views, and authentic Vermont charm year‑round!

Hike or bike the Perry Hill trails right nearby, paddle calm mountain waters at the Reservoir, or simply soak in the view on the deck. In fall, the valley glows red, orange and yellow with foliage. Return to a warm fire after a day on the slopes in winter and basque in the comfort of a home intended to bring groups of friends and family together.

Other Details to Note:
Pool: The pool is open seasonally, typically June - Early September. Access to the pool is contingent on signing of the pool liability waiver. Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM out of respect for neighbors and to keep the setting peaceful.

Air Conditioning: This home does not have air conditioning. Being in VT, this is typically not an issue as night time temps often drop into the 50's and 60's in summer. However, unseasonably warm evenings, while infrequent, are still possible in summer. Exterior Cameras: please note we have a ring camera that faces outward towards the driveway and pool entrance as well as a pool deck camera. Neither are monitored actively, and are there to ensure safety of our guests when outside the property. Tampering with these cameras may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Cancellations & Modifications: We do not modify reservation dates or issue refunds after the cancellation period has ended. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their stay.

Local attractions: Waterbury Reservoir, Camel’s Hump trails, Ben & Jerry’s Factory, Little River State Park, three ski-resorts (Bolton, Stowe and Sugarbush), and award‑winning local breweries and restaurants are only minutes away.
