Fully rebuilt in 2019, sparkling clean house, nicely and newly furnished.
Upstairs has two bedrooms and full bathroom.
Master bedroom and full bathroom on first floor.
Full equipped kitchen with dining table and separate living room.
Washer and dryer in basement.
Heated with heat pumps (perfect AC temperature also in the summer) or oil heater if needed.
WiFi through Sectrum allows Zoom meetings or TV streaming.
We do not allow pets or smoking.
Located in the lakes region of Western Maine .
The space
This is a non-smoking house.
We are very strict about this and if you are a smoker, please do not chose this house.
Also, this house is suited for 6 people.
If your party is larger please find different accommodations.
Infants of course are not counted as a full person and are of course welcome in addition.
We have actually a baby bed and baby gates at the house.
Guest access
The entire house and property is available to the guests.
Other things to note
Please be honest about who many people will stay at the house.
The house has 3 beds and the sofa is very comfortable, however if you plan to stay with more then 6 people please let us know.
Matter a fact, if you have an infant, there is a baby bed in one of the upstairs bed rooms.
