“It’s an extraordinary accommodation experience ever in phu quoc!!! Because here are super nice staff, extremely tidy room and traditional Vietnamese coffee. Everything makes us an unforgettable trip in Phu Quoc. Staffs here are so efficient with any requests from us, such as free laundry, free shuttle and so on. “너무 좋았어요. 그런데 대가족이 이용하면 좋을 것 같아요. 소수인데 너무 넓은 숙소를 이용해서 1인당 1방을 써도 침대가 남았어요^^ 버기카는 좀 기다려야 했지만 야시장도 데려다 주고 재미있었어요. 여행 중 가장 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. 조식은 종류가 정말 많았는데 크게 혼잡하지 않아서 좋았어요. 소나시 야시장이 가까워서 좋았고 어린이 풀장도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다만 프라이빗 풀장은 약간 덜 정리된 느낌이라서 나무 이파리나 곤충 사체가 있어서 아이가 개인풀장은 들어가지 않았어요. 그래도 메인풀 가까운 곳으로 배정받아서 메인풀장에서 놀아서 괜찮았어요. 관광 위주로 머물기 위한 숙소로는 비용이 아까울 것 같고 숙소에서 느긋하게 머물려 휴양하기에는 정말 좋을 것 같아요.”

"I have never stayed at a better hotel/resort. Everything is meticulously thought out down to the smallest detail, and the service is world-class. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with everything included in the price. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Large showers and Japanese toilets added to the luxury. The on-site restaurants served delicious food. The beach is well-maintained, and no matter where you are, it never feels overcrowded. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults.
The extra touch was when both my fiancée and I got sick after dining at a restaurant in Sunset Town. We had booked a morning cruise, which could only be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. I messaged the staff on WhatsApp (each guest gets a personal group chat upon check-in). They immediately understood the situation and canceled our boat trip free of charge, even though there were only a few hours left. They checked in on us multiple times a day. Since we didn’t have the energy to eat at a restaurant, we ordered room service instead, which the hotel covered. Words cannot describe how outstanding the service is at this place. Everything else is just as excellent. A perfect 10/10 in every way."
