Hotell nära Waterfront Park

“I stayed for six nights with my teenage daughter. Perfect with a kitchen since the breakfast was not too our liking. Large room with both drawers and a closet. Perfect location by the water right across from the ferry to Coronado and we could see the Midway from our window. Also close to the train station and trolly which we used to go to Old Town an Fashion Valley. About a 10 min walk to Gaslamp. The pool area was a bit small but they usually are in large cities. Would definitely stay here...

“From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, everyone was vibrant and friendly. The property is well kept and a popular place for the afterwork drinks. The food at Trade, the onsite dining, was tasty and it was among the first lobby restaurants that I frequented througout my 4 day stay. The valet service is a little expensive, but convenient. I highly recommend a stay at the Republic.”

“Clean room, but there was a strong fecal odor like cat poop in the entire place including the entry area. My clothes even reeked of it after I left. You guys may have a mouse or rat problem that needs to be addressed - or someone has snuck a cat in. I very much appreciated the stay though, despite that! Everyone was friendly and I felt very safe. ”

“Ett hotell helt gjort för att vara billigt och möjligen familjevänligt. Tråkig inredning, tar en massa extra avgifter. Parkering $65 och $25 som måste betalas och ger rabatt på den enda och tråkiga restaurangen. Bara på mat. Inte alkohol. Innergården där ingången till alla rum är, ekar av ljud från alla gäster som inte håller sig på rummet. Älskar bormalt ljud från människor och musik, men detta var en riktig skitupplevelse.”
