“Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

“Free buffet breakfast and evening reception”

“Staff and check in was great. Informative front desk personnel, quick check in, very easy parking setup and easily accessible. Our condo was spacious, balcony for ocean front was large as well. TVs were a bit small and aged, but overall a very good stay.”

“Icemaker in fridge did not work. Got ice on third floor. Kitchen chair back was broken. Owner was not aware. Staff taped it us for us. Had to get flyswatter to rid flies. None of these problems were considered by us as significant. One great item. If you like breakfast, by the breakfast voucher before your stay ($15.50). Excellent buffet plus cook to make all kinds of waffles and omellets. Will return next year for vacation.”

“Clean room”

“The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh...

“Big clean and quite rooms. Outdoor pool and 2 jacuzzis, one are heated and very warm. Indoorpool with jacuzzi, not tested. Big Self Parkinglot close as well as valet. Nice restaurants near innthe Marina (not the Hotels), 357 Bar, seafood. No supermarket in walkingdistance but 10+ mns walk to SevenEleven. Great and frieldly service. Meeting Facilities are like they usually are at those establishments, on Lower Level and on US Standard regarding space, service, food and drinks etc. * No...

“Vår resa gick från New York genom hela östkusten ner till Miami. Detta boende i Myrtle Beach hade överlägset bäst personal med hjälpsamhet, glädje, avslappnat, tydlighet osv. Gratis shuttle till och från den privata delen av stranden; funkade kanon! Så här ska ett hotell skötas servicemässigt! Det enda negativa var att fönstrens utsida inte såg ut att ha blivit tvättade på flera år. I övrigt 10/10!”

“It was amazing time”

“It was a very nice stay off-season right on the ocean. Restaurant was good and staff was nice.”
