  • Antler Ridge Party House och Lodge är en semester hyra egendom ligger i utkanten av Watkins Glen, NY vid södra spetsen av Seneca Lake i hjärtat av Finger Lakes. Vårt bekväma hem har 4 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum med en källare våningssäng rum som rymmer upp till 8 gäst.

    Hemmet ligger på 10 hektar mark som är tyst och avskilt, med en stor omslag runt däck, eldstaden med trä och gott om parkering på plats. Huvudnivån har ett stort rum, matsal, välutrustat kök, sovrum och badrum, andra våningen har 3 sovrum och badrum, den nedre våningen har ett våningssäng, bastu och halv badrum. Fastigheten har även satellit-TV och luftkonditionering.

    Party House kan hyras mot en extra avgift och har ett stort barområde, ett fullt utrustat kök för matfirmor, stor grill, grisrooster och ett stort uteplatsområde. Dessa funktioner gör det till en utmärkt plats att hålla evenemang eller fester.

    Denna hyra är en kort bilresa till norr ingången till Watkins Glen State Park från fastigheten. Det är 1. 2 miles från huvudingången till Watkins Glen State Park och 5 miles från Watkins Glen International Speedway. Vi är också en kort bilresa till flera av sjöarna i Finger Lakes-området - Seneca, Keuka, Lamoka och Waneta.

    Det finns många pittoreska butiker att utforska och shoppa på i byn Watkins Glen samt många vingårdar och destillerier i närheten. Det finns så mycket att göra nära denna hyra!

    Finger Lakes-regionen har mycket att erbjuda under alla årstider. Vår mysiga uthyrning är familjevänlig, Par och familjer, kom och stanna hos oss och njut av utomhusaktiviteter tillgängliga direkt från vår egendom. Det finns alltid något på gång och om du gillar lugna vandringar eller festivaler med många aktiviteter, inklusive musik, vin och ölprovning eller shopping - det händer allt här! Massor av kul för barnen också! Detta är ett utmärkt läge för tysta landsbygdskvällar efter roliga dagar!

    Antler Ridge Party House och Lodge ligger på 10 hektar mark en kort bit från staden. Egenskapen har en stor omslag runt däck, gräsmatta för spel, massor av parkering för din båt etc. och en stor eldstaden att sitta på något du inte kommer att få i en uthyrning i stan.

The house and area around the house were very nice. We seen deer grazing every morning. The house is close to so many things to do. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Escape!

We stayed at Antler Ridge for our anniversary weekend with our family, and it did not disappoint! The property and home are BEAUTIFUL! The fire pit was perfect for a late night card game. We had a small glitch when we checked in but Marty was quick to address it and none of our plans were affected! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Watkins Glen Weekend Getaway

Great location near downtown, lake and race track. House has plenty of space inside and out, with awesome property for entertaining. Would highly recommend to large groups wanting to be close to town.

Girls weekend

We rented the property for a girls weekend and it was the best! They have a book of local treats to eat and places to go and the property was FUN. The deck outside was our main hangout and everything was clean and kitchen well stocked for us to cook in.

Wonderful stay

From the start of booking all the way through checkout, the property manager was responsive. The house was the cleanest I’ve seen at any property I’ve stayed at and the host provided all essentials as well as games and much more. I enjoyed my stay here and I would suggest booking here if you are staying in Watkins Glen.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, this property was beautiful to stay at. The location was secluded so we had our privacy and there were plenty of space and rooms for all of us. Our favorite part, was the wrap around deck and the seating area by the fire. It was a perfect weekend getaway and would recommend! There were only a couple window air conditioning units so if you plan to stay in the summer with a lot of guests make sure to pack some fans!

Family Get Together

This was a great location for family to spend a long weekend celebrating our Dad's 80th birthday. The patio area provided an excellent space to host an outdoor dinner with plenty of room for yard games. The lodge slept 12 people comfortably and provided all the needed amenities. We really appreciated the lodge's proximity to the upper entrance to Watkins Glen State Park and enjoyed a pleasurable walk down the breath-taking gorge path then down Main Street to explore the town.

4 couples went up to the finger lakes for a long weekend, plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, we didn’t spend lots of time at the house but, could see staying there again longer and utilizing all the property offers. .5 miles from upper park entrance & a mile from downtown

The perfect event setting!

My husband and I renewed our vows for our 25th wedding anniversary, and we used both the main house and the party house for the event. We comfortably slept 13 people in the house, and hosted about 30 people for the event itself. There was plenty of space in the party house to host the reception, and we had fires every evening with the plentiful wood that the hosts provided. Overall, this was a perfect venue for our group!!

Great Location

It was a great place to get away with the family. Plenty of space to move around. We spent a lot of time on the decks. The creek was so helpful to get relief from the heat. The beds were not the most comfortable and the sheets would not stay on . That was why i gave 4 stars and not 5.

We will return!

We are a group of friends/daughters ranging in age from 30 to 75. This was the 14th year for our wine tour. This house was perfect for us. The deck space was beautiful and we used it at sunrise and sunset! The only issue we had was that there was no internet or tv service. There was a router but we couldn’t get it to connect. There was Direct TV but it would not connect either. Overall, we were very happy with the house. We will return!

Great house in a beautiful setting

Sixteen family members, including kids and a baby, stayed at the property. The house is convenient to everything on a beautiful and quiet hillside just a mile or so from town - a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Some of our group actually pitched tents on the grounds, but the indoor sleeping arrangements were adequate. The kids enjoyed the downstairs bunk room. (Be aware that the bunk room sleeps 8, but 4 of the sleeping spaces are upper bunks which are a tight fit even for children.) We hope that the landlord will be able to replace missing screens on the porch, and have some window cranks repaired. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for our family reunion.

My stay

The property advertised air conditioning. It only had window units for 2 of the bedrooms. The first day I was there I called the property manager to check in no one called back. We felt like we were on our own. The property was not as clean as I thought it would be for a rental. I have rented VRBO houses before and I am disappointed.

Zero communication from host. No Wifi or TV for full stay

We were aware the house could use some updates before even arriving. When we got to the place the door was already open and realized later we couldn't get the doors/windows locked! I reached out the first night of our stay that the tvs do not work and neither does the Wifi. It wouldn't have been as large of an issue but we did have some younger children and could have used that for their winding down time in the evenings. The family that was in one of the rooms upstairs could hear critters within the walls at night and their window didn't completely shut (along with a few others). The property did also list a washer and dryer which were not available on site. I reached out daily to the host by phone and messaging through the site and I never had 1 response until the morning of our departure, which is fully inexcusable. I did ask for a partial refund to which again has never been addressed. I will admit the location is fabulous. If they could do the necessary repairs it would be a great place.

Complete Disappointment

Disaster Recap: 1) House left open upon arrival & door did not lock. 2) Bedroom filled with some type of bugs. We killed at least twenty and they were still crawling on the walls, ceiling and draperies. 3) Lower bunkroom very damp musty smell. 4) TV service was out - Our options were to leave the house and let cable company in, waste a 4 hour window of my day and have a tech show up or go without cable and Wi-Fi for the duration of our stay. 5) Host was completely non-responsive to both myself and multiple attempts from VRBO staff. 6) Host provided two contact numbers in the property agreement, one was disconnected and the second required a code to be entered to continue. 7) VRBO provided me with an alternative number, which allowed me to reach the hosts assistant. I explained the situation and was told the host would be there shortly because he lives in the area. The host never showed up and never called even though I provided him with my cell #. Our party felt unsafe with the property not being able to be lock and did not want to leave personal belongings in the house when we were out. We were creeped out by the number of bugs in the bedroom. We called VRBO to complain and they cancelled our reservation and issued a full refund. Our party of 8 was able to find another property, which ended up much nicer than this property. Our reservations were from 10/3 - 10/7. I have yet to receive a response from the host regarding any of the issues that were raised.

Family vacation

We got there a little after 3 .There was a painter and a Gardner at the house .we couldn't get in the house because the painter was painting right at the door we had to go in .We then went in and it was very hot Julia was there putting sheets on the bed and she just turned on the AC .We went to use the gas grill and there was no propane so I called Julia and someone came up with a new tank .our grandkids were excited to sleep in the basement but after one night they couldn't handle the air fresheners down there so they slept on the couches .I think you should get milder ones for down in the basement they were very strong .we went to use the dishwasher and there was no dishwasher detergent. No biggie my daughter washed them by hand .overall we had a good family vacation. Lots of yard for the outdoor games we brought along .everyone had a good time Plenty of towels ,paper products.

Nice property for entertainment

Beautiful outdoor space for large groups! Lots of outdoor equipment available. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay!
