  • Beläget mitt i hjärtat av Fingerlakes Wine Country - Vår plats i Watkins Glen NY är den perfekta utgångspunkten för så många fantastiska resor! Lägenheten ligger bara några minuters promenad från Watkins Glen State Park, ett måste-landskap! Saunter nerför kullen och du har rätt bland de många restaurangerna och butikerna i centrum. Hoppa in i din bil och kör bara några minuter till vardera sidan av Seneca sjön och provsmakning på ett av områdenas vingårdar, bryggerier eller destillerier.

    Denna lägenhet har två sovrum. Varje rum har en dubbelsäng. I vardagsrummet har vi en queen size-bäddsoffa. Vi har också en luftkonditionering med dubbelsäng. Denna lägenhet kan bekvämt sova 6 i sängar och 8 om du behöver klämma i en grupp!

    Vi har tänkt på alla dina behov och vi skulle gärna vara värd för dig, din familj och vänner till vårt hus. Detta utrymme är den kompletta nedre delen av ett gammalt viktorianskt hus, som kärleksfullt heter The Vintage Raceway House på grund av dess läge med utsikt över den gamla vägen racerbana.

    Centralt beläget i hjärtat av Fingerlakes Wine County. Det har renoverats 2015 med uppmärksamhet på att hålla fastighetens historia men ta den in i 2000-talet. Vårt hem är ganska rymligt med gott om köksutrymme och en stor matsal. Vardagsrummet är enormt med tillräckligt med sittplatser för hela din familj och vänner! Med välkomnande trägolv och originallister är detta hem fullt av ljus och komfort!

The property is in a perfect location! It could probably use a bit of a facelift — some paint and general maintenance esp if the wonderful front porch. But all in all, a good value and good place to stay!

Wonderful spot

This rental has a scenic view, while being so close to town and Watkins Glen State Park. It is also an easy drive to many wineries and we easily drove to Keuka Lake and Ithaca on separate occasions. So many beautiful places and delicious wines close by!

While tricky to find (so I don’t recommend arriving after dark), the apartment is charming and comfortable. I loved the spacious private porch. Kitchen was great, with clear instructions for using coffee maker. I would stay here again!

Quaint historic home

This place was super cute as well as being built in the 1800's which I loved! It was close to everything and had anything you may have forgotten. The owner works at the visitor center so there was a wealth of info on places to eat and things to do. Super nice hosts we would defiantly stay with them again.

Home Away From Home

This is a beautiful, clean older house with lots of character. We have stayed in many vacation rentals but none as well-appointed as this one, Caitlin has truly thought of everything. Very close to downtown and lots of wineries.

Very comfortable! Everything was clean and there were lots of supplies around (like condiments in the fridge, lots of items in the bathroom etc). We were out and about during the day as there are some great waterfalls and unlimited choices for beer and wine in the area. We were very thankful for the nice lights around the porch, it made it easy to find our way to the right spot each evening. Very homey! Thank you for the great accomodations.

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners provide everything you need including shampoo and soaps. The place feels like home so warm and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. We met the owners and they are very nice and respond right away if you have any issues. The location is close to Watkins Glen and town. Beautiful views from the front porch. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Historic Watkins Glen Stay

The apartment is in a beautiful historic home that sits on a hill overlooking the town and lake. It is fairly spacious apartment for a two bedroom and has a very nice front porch to look over the lake. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for the trip and everything seemed very well taken care of. I did not make use of it but there was a nice little area out back for people to hang out around a fire and also a grill to use. Overall I thought this a perfect place to stay for the Watkins Glen experience.

Great location. Well equipped home

Appreciated the cleanliness. If you forgot anything it is probably there from your shampoo to a toothbrush! Very well equipped and lots of information regarding where to eat and what to do in area. We did not not use the balcony or fire pit area as it was raining some but looked nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend in Watkins

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay visiting family for a celebration of life and reunion. Our second time returning to your place and we will return again. We especially enjoy the quiet morning enjoying a cup of coffee, sitting on the front porch that oversees Seneca Lake. Highly recommend! Best VRBO experience so far!

My partner, his mother and I were all thrilled with this space. Exactly as described and then some! It had every amenity we could have needed from kitchen supplies and cleaning products to toiletries, backup kitchen supplies (I baked a cake while we were here) and more! It was also absolutely charming inside and the front porch was a great place to unwind after all the hiking we did in the area. Very close to downtown too! We will absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

We had such a wonderful, relaxing weekend. The house was so clean and had so many extra touches. I have never been to a vacation rental that has been so well stocked with everything you might need. Caitlin is so thoughtful! The porch is incredible. We spent much of our time out there admiring the view. And we were able to easily walk to town and Watkins Glen State Park.

A beautiful getaway

We had a wonderful, long weekend stay in the Fingerlakes apartment. The place was quiet and clean. We enjoyed relaxing mornings on the front porch and quiet evenings sitting around the campfire. The apartment is in a great location and you could easily walk to downtown Watkins Glen if you wanted to. Caitlin communicated to us quickly when there was an emergency plumbing issue. She worked quickly to get plumbers to the property within a few hours. Would definitely stay again in the future!
