“There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself.
I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.”

“We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62. “Started out in a room with a horrific smell - and most of the bathroom fixtures loose and wobbly. There was a damp smell on the entire floor. It was nauseating.
Once we reported the issue with the front desk, they worked quickly to get us moved - the second room was a great improvement and reset the whole tone of our stay.
Breakfast was just okay - no offerings for anyone with allergies or restrictions of any kind. Juice wasn't good. Appreciated the fruit that was available the last couple...

“When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day.
Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful.
Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location.
Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast."
Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...
