“Our suite was spotless and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast menu, we also had a family meal one evening, which was delicious. The staff were mega friendly and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed there several times and it’s always a pleasure. The Crown is our go-to place when in Norfolk. ”

“Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful. The room allocated was on the second floor. Very spacious and clean room. The bathroom was fantastic, very clean and bright. Both bathroom and the bedroom were well heated. We slept so well. The shower water pressure was not great. The hotel is very nice. The rooms need updating, and could do with some maintenance such as walls abd ceilings.I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back again. ”

“Nice room and a good area but there is three floors with no lift. I lived on the top floor and it got really hot so I had to sleep with the windows open and a fan on as there is no ac. ”

“Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. ”

“We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!”

“This is a delightful cottage for 1 or 2 people. Sofas and bed are comfortable; shower room stylish with a great sized shower. And with lovely underfloor heating toes were toastie all weekend. I was able to entertain friends in a relaxed informal environment which was great.”

“I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...
