- NOTE: This 2-story home requires steps to enter. The bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the 1st floor, however, additional stairs are required to access the bedroom and full bathroom on the lower level

- NOTE: Exterior stairs are required to access the boat dock

- NOTE: Please note that the driveway is steep; 4WD/AWD is recommended but not required

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is the doorbell camera, 1 camera faces the boat dock, and 1 camera is facing the parking area. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
