While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Weekly and monthly discounts are available!
PLEASE NOTE: Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be a little steep for some but there is a handrail. We do not own or have any control over the stairway and it is shared by other tenants within the apartment complex.

*Studio C is completely renovated, making absolutely everything in the apartment from the floors and electric to the decor and appliances all brand new.

*Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, silverware, dishes, etc. including a dishwasher and a counter height table for two.

Studio C POLICIES:
-No smoking/vaping and any signs indicating smoking/vaping inside the apartment or inside the building will result in a $150 fee.
-No pets
-No parties
-No tampering with the wifi, locks or camera as this will result in the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

**We have one exterior camera in the hallway that records once motion or audio is detected in the hallway.
