“The Hotel in general needs an update. Friendly frontdesk but standard of the room was very poor. Broken Windows and broken door. Old and dirty carpet. Procent not relevant to the poor standard. ”

“Basic but very good place to stay, clean, easy to get to. Breakfast included was more like a snack area; granola bars, coffee, bagels, yogurt, cereal. Not a lot but still a nice option for the morning and for my kids it was enough. Since really no staff on site but otherwise they were great via phone or text. Would stay again.”

“Well let’s start off by dirty towels left in bathroom ..no clean towels stocked or staff had to call and was directed to get them myself in the laundry room ..door lock broken slider door handle broke no WiFi no satellite tv or cable no fire pits like online suggested place has potential but obviously poorly managed over priced for no amenities highly suggest to anyone not to say there”

“Stayed here for a weekend with my boyfriend and we had a great time! The location is walkable to town. The house itself is beautiful and super homey. It has several usable common spaces which are nice, and a fire pit. John was lovely and very helpful. Overall it was quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. “There was no one there to welcome me when I arrived after a lengthy car drive. When I finally got someone to help me there was no lighting to find my way to the cabin. On the second day I got locked in my room for about 10 minutes and the owner had to literally shive her way in slightly damaging the door. The owner was lovely and it was a convenient stay near the Wild Center but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.”

“My daughter was running in the Lake Placid Marathon and we decided to stay a little out of town. We were very happy to have found this lovely little gem next to the golf course. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. The decor was Adirondack chic with queen bunk beds and kitchenette area. We will stay here again and for a longer period of time!”

“redone hotel. Rooms were a nice size only issue was the TV could only be watched from the couch and not the bed. Also there are no coffee machines in the room. Need to go downstairs to make your coffee which was OK but our last morning there were no coffee pods except decaf. Not a happy camper.”
