“Our stay was incredible. We were met by Kim when we arrived to check in and she was amazing. We upgraded our room, got extremely helpful advice and tips. We loved loved loved the warm chocolate chip cookies and had a great chat after supper sitting by the fire in the lounge. Kim gave us great information about the hotel and its family history, as well as some fun stories about hosting the hockey kids who come to play in town. Dinner in Generations was delicious- the apple cranberry compote...

“I was here for just one night. My room was great although there was construction pretty much right in front of my view of the lake. No one was working but still hindered the view. Bed was comfy and lots of space in the room. ”

“The Hotel in general needs an update. Friendly frontdesk but standard of the room was very poor. Broken Windows and broken door. Old and dirty carpet. Procent not relevant to the poor standard. ”

“The woman in charge of the front desk tonight did an awesome job of handling a busy check in with a smile and great attitude. I recommend you hang in to her with a very nice raise and promotion.”
