“Though the staff were friendly - this hotel is old and worn down. The room smelled musty and was damp the entire time. The sheets were old. The pillows were awful. Breakfast was great though. Lots of choices.”

“I liked the clean room and the decor. I also appreciated how the bathroom was laid out. They also added a nice touch by putting my name on the screen of the room tv with a welcome message. I also liked that the controls for the shower were located on the opposite wall of the shower head so you don’t get splashed with cold water as soon as you turn it on…it’s the little things! “Very nice hotel. Large room, comfortable beds. There were no eggs for breakfast. We do not like using plastic cups, paper plates and plastic cutlery. Not good for the environment. Liked the evening meal with accompanying beer and wine included.”

“Loved our stay! It was a 2 minute drive to the Ballantyne Medical center and if weather permits, the walk is only 15 min. The hotel is easy access off the freeway (exit 61 on right side. Google hasnt caught up yet and still says left, which is now express lane.) We appreciate a kitchenette and I was thrilled to find that it was completely stocked and fridge has an icemaker. Staff are wonderful! Will definitely be back.”
