âThe property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was...
âWe are driving around the US, and this was a cozy one night stop along the road. It is what you expect from a nice roadside motel: clean, comfortable and with fantastic service from the owner. She recommended the farmer's market across the road, and New Paris has a couple of affordable antique shops if you want to pass some time. Would stay again!â
âThe manager of the hotel was great! He was very accomendating, available, and super nice. The room was clean, everything worked, and had great internet access and hot water! It was conveniently located to the highway, stores, and many restaurants. Great value for your money. â
