“This is my second time to this cute little place. It is very nice with high ambition, but there where a couple of things that can improve a lot. I booked 5 rooms (one booking with 4 named persons, and an additional booking with only my name) for one night for a party of 5. It was clear payments to be settled on site. Before I even left Sweden I got notifications from my bank that the hotel had charged 3 rooms from my account. I called the hotel and they were quite negligant about breaching...

“Bemötandet av tjejen i receptionen när vi kom var fantastiskt. Vi kunde checka in lite tidigare och tjejen hjälpte oss till rummet och var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var lite lyhört men absolut inte så att det störde. Sköna sängar och fräscht rum. Negativt: När vi skulle äta frukost saknades ALLT. Vi var 6 personer som skulle dela på 1 tallrik, 1 ägg, 2 toast-bröd. När vi frågade om påfyllning var det antingen jobbigt att ta fram eller slut. Det blev tillslut en yoghurt och en toast...

“Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. “Reception staff were great. Pulled all the stops out so I could have a room in a location I requested. Areas of the hotel were going through maintenance and decorating but caused NO disruption to guests. The car park is gated with access code that changes daily to exit it. The only 2 criticisms I can say. 1 is delivery drivers making a hell of a lot of noise outside the front of the hotel when delivering drinks and snacks. The other is the car parking charge. £5 a night. That doesn't bother...

“Lovely apartment ”

“We got a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived, they were very kind and helpful. But the rooms, on the other hand, were not good at all. It was extremely dirty and moldy. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the carpet was filthy and the bed and headboard full of hair and stains. They didn’t clean the rooms at all under the period of 4 days we stayed there. ”
