“This hotel was in a perfect location and a great place to stay. When we were there, the lobby and some rooms were still under construction from the ice storm in January. The staff was very polite and the room/ bed was nice and perfect for what I needed. The bathrooms need to be updated but it’s just cosmetic. ”

“At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it. I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...
