  • The holiday apartment "Haus Emanuel" is located in Weilerbach and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay. The 100 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. The apartment also offers 2 private balconies, ideal for unwinding in the evenings.



    Public transport is within walking distance, there are 5 supermarkets nearby, and restaurants are close by. A barbecue can be provided on request. Parking is available on the property. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Babies stay free of charge. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, and parties or events are not allowed.



    The property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly. More information is available on site. The accommodation also features energy-saving lighting.



    Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Parties and events of any kind are not permitted, and guests are asked to follow this rule. Visitors are welcome during the day. If you wish to have guests after 11:00 p.m., please contact the host in advance. If additional guests stay overnight unexpectedly, prior approval from the host is required and an extra fee may apply.



    The bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, which is currently not functional. If you would like to use the bath, please contact the host in advance, as it differs from a standard bathtub.

My two sons and I stayed at the home for a week. I flew to Germany from Hawaii to visit my son who is in the Air Force and stationed at Ramstein Air Base. The home is about a 15 minute drive from the base. It’s in a nice quiet upper middle class suburban neighborhood. The homeowner lives in the downstairs of the home, so she is on property. There is a common main entry and the rental property is upstairs. The homeowner has a locked door to her part of the house and the door to the upstairs part of the home locks, so it seems like you are in a separate home. My son was able to park his car in the driveway. The home is exactly as pictured. It served as a good home base for us to hang out and spend time with my son. On the days that he had to work my other son and I took the city bus from the house to explore Kaiserslautern. The bus stop was a 10 minute walk from the house, but it was a nice walk through the neighborhood. (Bus fare is 6 euros per person). My older son also went for an early morning walk one day from the house into the countryside. (Our sleep schedule was so thrown off from jet lag!). He said it was a quiet relaxing walk. We used the kitchen to cook once (wanted to cook my son at least one home cooked meal since he’s been away). Kitchen was adequate as there is a stove and oven. There is a washing machine in the bathroom but we did not use it (washed clothes on base instead). Would definitely stay here again!
