“Everything was nice”

“The worst Hot Breakfast. While the breakfast sandwiches were in a heated buffet server, they were not warm. The sandwiches were cold and there was no way for guests to heat them. The oatmeal was as thick as school paste and very little in the pot at 8:00 a.m.. The only other item which could be considered warm was pancakes and the machine was not working. The coffee was even terrible, even though it is made by individual cups.”

“We travel a lot for basketball all over, this was the best hotel we have stayed at.”

“The hotel was ok. The doors to the rooms are not square and leave a gap at the top. The bathroom had a mild mildew smell. Pool was not open to swim, but I was able to sit in the sun next to it. Staff was pleasant. Room was decent.”

“Room floor needed mopping, it was very dusty.”

“When I showed up at the hotel they told me it was oversold and they sent me to a Hilton Garden Inn, however they gave me the address to the wrong hotel. Even though I asked for confirmation that it was a hotel four miles away. So after a lecture by that properties manager regarding company billing. I contacted Embassy whe eventually gave me the correct address. An hour lost after a long workday. Hilton / Embassy you left this customer feeling very under appreciated. ”

“Felt like the area was sketchy- 1130pm people hanging outside the rooms outdoors and walking around. Were placed by the stairs and was loud all nightlong. Room was fine for a quick night. ”

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”

“This was absolutely the cleanest hotel ever. The two employees working when we checked in, which was late, were young but they were fantastic. They actually appeared to enjoy their job. A bonus now days. I would highly recommend Hilton Spark.”

“It was a decent enough location and price. It was clean and maintained, I could hear people in other rooms and it seemed like there was a lot of doors closing throughout the night. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Part of the shower head was broken. I booked through Expedia and at first it said my room was going to be $79 but then when I put the dates in it went up to $150 but it was last minute. My biggest complaint was I had clicked the option to pay upon arrival but when I got there...

“The room was not very clean and there was hair all in the bed. The place is not very well lit at night and is kind of scary with people hanging out outside and it being dark. The curtains didnt close good so you could see in. ”
