Check in great. The front desk lady was so professional and friendly. The room was great. No challenges at all. Breakfast was an added bonus. Especially, the gluten free waffle as I have celiac. I am usually in Welland for work. Will definitely stay here again if back in town.

It was a very nice place but a bit disappointing in that I asked for extra towels so the both my husband and I could shower but they never arrived. The breakfast was good, the utensils the first day were metal, the second day were wooden and awkward to use.

Both toasters were busted on the breakfast counter. Very very cheap looking toasters. Maybe consider a better quality toaster next time. Looked like somebody had brought them from home. 🙄

Facility looks new, even though it’s by the highway it was quiet. Sunsets in the mornings while enjoying breakfast was awesome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It would’ve been nice to have food options closer to the hotel or within walking distance. Easy to access parking anytime of the day. Would visit again and recommend!

The property is new. Very clean and the rooms are large and well appointed. Check in was easy with pleasant staff at the reception desk. The heating cooling unit was loud. The pool is very disappointing as it’s only 3 feet deep. I suppose good for families but not very relaxing for us. Breakfast was very mediocre. The sausage tasted a bit strange, the pancakes were odd too. Coffee was undrinkable. Juice was good.

I am sorry you were unsatisfied with the breakfast but hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
