“Despite speaking with the staff the day prior to my arrival to confirm our reservation, we showed up and were told (1) we were at the wrong hotel which was not the case, (2) then told they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked, (3) then were told it was because we used Expedia rather than booked directly, (4) then were told it was because we didn't check-in through the mobile app. It was a complete disaster. “This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and probably our last. The hotel has no amenities. Nothing in the kitchen. No plates, forks, knives, nothing. No warm breakfast. Get that at even the cheap hotels.”

“Clean, well-maintained, quiet, good location. Bed was large but uncomfortable with plastic covering on the mattress under sheet that made noise with every move. Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am). ”

“Comfortable bed. Easy middle of the night check in. Bathroom was clean but old. Heat worked good. No pet fee for first dog!”

“It was hard to find someone at tne front desk and the didn't provide my finance with a key although his name was provided in the booking and the stay plus incidental fees were paid prior to his arrival before me getting into town. We requested towels for the next day and were told none were available so we had to purchase towels in order to bath for the day.
