Hi Brenda, We strive to create a 5 star experience for all our guests and I am saddened that we were unable to provide that for you. If you would have called me, we would have sent someone over immediately to clean the furniture cushion(s). I'm not sure what you mean by "dated". Our home is exactly as it appears in the photos. My decor style is a bit eclectic - I like to mix the old with the new. We returned to FL the day after you departed and the only thing I noticed on the outdoor cushions was that someone must have left a grill tool on one ottoman which we cleaned immediately. I have pointed this out to our cleaners so it never happens again. As far as the spiders, we had a few windy/rainy days and that may have been the cause. There were none on the cushions or patio when we arrived that I could see, but it is Florida and spiders are typical outside. The hot water heater has an 80 gallon tank so I don't know how it could possibly be cold after 2 showers. We have never had this issue before and we did have it checked - it is working perfectly.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay, Mary! We now have three full baths, and all of our bamboo by the pool is gone. The landscaping is complete and the outside of the house is breathtaking. We bought sound machines to block out our one noisy bird who visits only in February and March.
