Please note, there is a separate dwelling above this apartment. The entire studio is yours to enjoy. Please note that there are two apartments at this address, each with private access. The studio is on the ground floor. I manage several apartments in this complex, and am often on-site should you need help during your stay. Otherwise, our guests enjoy complete privacy. Our apartment is located in the heart of Wellington City, moments from Wellington’s vibrant café culture, world-class dining, breweries, roof-top bars, galleries and boutique retail offerings, parks and the waterfront. We are one street back from Cuba Street and local favourites such as Loretta, Kisa, Logan Brown, Highwater and many more! You can access the entire CBD by foot - there is no need for a car during your stay! Access the rest of the city by Uber/taxi and public bus service with bus stop minutes from your door. There is a parking building located close by (Wilson Leftbank) where you can pay for parking in a secure location.
